I was realli interested in trying an anthro drawing since I've seen so many on DA, for my first time, I think this was a geat job. I decided to do a lion because 'canine people' are generally used more often than 'feline people' (unless they're cute drawings then felines are generally used more than canine =]). After drawing the character, I was stumped on what to do for the background, and then it hit me after a good night's sleep, I could kind of make it an african scene, and with a sort of parody on The Lion King. I might change the background later, but for now it's perfect to me =]
